How it works

1. Strategy Call
We would initially send you a link to a form to fill out that will help us learn about the customer story you would like done. Then we’ll jump on a Zoom/Teams call to discuss your project. We’ll cover what you’d like to get done, what assets you would like, and decide on who your client(s) are including contact information. We can discuss why this client(s) loves what you do, what successes/wins you have had with the client(s) and what messages you hope to capture from them.
2. Contact Client
We often have you contact your own client(s) first to ask them about participating in a case study. We can provide you with an email template to use to make the request, including some information on what would be required for your client and what to expect. Once the clients have agreed, we take it from there. We’ll arrange an interview day/time that works for your client.
3. Review and Interview
We will then conduct our research on your company, and the relevant product or service you offer to this client – and why they are happy. Then, using a combination of charm and deep interview experience, we disarm your client and make them feel comfortable before and during the interview. We always record them on camera (at their office or remotely) asking thoughtful questions you helped develop. The interview usually lasts no more than 15-20 minutes.
4. Editing & Design
If you wish at this stage, we can share with you a link to the interview transcript. You can either highlight the points/quotes you want to include, or allow our team of experts to select for you. We will then edit the interview into a cohesive story.
5. Revisions
Here you and your team will review our work, the initial version of the testimonial video and the written material (supplied in a Word doc for review). This will give you all the time you need to suggest revisions. While we add some graphics and titles and logos to the video, we will also get the design work done on the case study PDF (if selected) and the social assets. Again, you can make unlimited revisions along the way.
6. Deliver Content
You will get a link to download the approved video, case study and other assets to use for your business. If you require some additional services like press release writing and distribution, we will deliver this as well.
